Before you begin

The Staff Retention Ledger asks 30 questions across seven retention categories. It takes roughly 15 minutes to complete.

You'll give us your contact details so we can follow up with your results. Your colleagues won't — they answer completely anonymously using the code you share. Only aggregate scores are ever displayed.

Up to 10 people (you plus nine colleagues) can respond per organisation. As each one submits, the shared picture updates.
